What we collect

When you contact us or use our services (including our website forms and demo builder), we collect the information you provide: name, business name, phone number, email, and project details. When a business using our missed-call text-back service receives your call, we process your phone number and any voicemail or text message you leave in order to deliver that service.

Text messaging (SMS)

• No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Opt-in data and consent are never sold or shared.
• Text messages from our missed-call text-back service are sent only in direct response to a phone call you placed to a participating business. Typical frequency is 1 to 2 messages per missed call.
• Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
• Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of further messages.

How we use information

To provide and improve our services: building and hosting websites, delivering lead notifications to the businesses you contact, relaying missed-call texts and voicemails, and responding to your inquiries. We do not sell personal information.

Sharing

We share information only with the service providers needed to operate (hosting, telephony, and email infrastructure), and with the specific business you contacted. For example, your quote request or missed call is delivered to that business so they can respond to you.

Retention & your choices

We keep records only as long as needed to provide the service. To access, correct, or delete your information, or for any privacy question, contact us and we'll take care of it.
